ACAAF Endowment Campaign

January 2016

Dear Fellow Alliance College Alumni and Friends,

Now that we are into 2016, I am writing to ask your support for the Alliance College Alumni Association Foundation (ACAAF) Endowment Campaign.

In November, the Foundation Board of Directors and alumni gathered in Cambridge Springs for the annual meeting.  At that meeting, we recognized the legacy of Alliance College by granting a $1,500.00 scholarship to Ashley Rutkowski who is the granddaughter of alumnus John Rutkowski (1988).  The committee reviewed a large number of applicants who demonstrated excellent qualifications to be awarded a scholarship from ACAAF.  These applicants are the legacy of Alliance College.  As family and friends of the AC alumni, these students demonstrate the value of education that was instilled in each one of us in our pursuit of a degree in higher education.

It is our hope that we can continue the legacy of Alliance College through these scholarships long into the future.  The Alliance College Alumni Association Board of Directors and the Foundation Trustees believe that if we fund our Foundation properly, Alliance College will live on long after we have taken our last breath.  Our goal is to create a Foundation account of a million dollars – or more.

In another 30-40 years, most – if not all – of us Alliance College alumni will be gone.  Gone also will be our favorite stories and memories of campus life, professors and college activities.  Alliance holds a special place in all our hearts.  Your contribution to the foundation can keep these memories alive through students who will now be able to say “I was an Alliance College scholarship recipient.”

Please help us continue this legacy.  Attached is a pledge form for your contribution.

Warmest regards,
